Adult Swim Guy Dies Over and Over Again
And then pitch perfect it was hard to believe
Have you always been to an animation film festival? Imagine one of the funniest of the violent independent animations you've seen, fill it full of gag humour like you lot might encounter on Futurama, apply a mini-ballsy plot, add copious amounts of heavy metallic, and yous've got Korgoth of Barbaria.
Made by Aaron Springer of SpongeBob SquarePants fame, the bright pilot suggests someone who has been nether the constrains of a blitheness for children for a fiddling too long. While the cartoon style is like few other things on TV (it actually does have that independent experience), the animation direction of Genndy Tartakovsky is very apparent in the quick, jerky action oriented mode, very similar to his Samurai Jack.
This show shows promise like few others I've seen and is part of a lineup that volition probably go downwardly as a golden age in original programming for adultswim.

Wow Amazing
This is the kind of show America has been needing for a long time. Claret, Violence and the occasional maiden in distress. Korgoth meets all the needs of teenagers who are tired with the Disney channel and Nickelodeon cartoons. This bear witness needs to exist kept alive for every bit long as possible. The best part of the show is that you don't look what comes next. He may ride a behemothic bird, or chop a trunk in one-half. This randomness doesn't occur often in cartoons, well neither does a lot of blood and violence. Thank you Aaron Springer for creating this show.

Korgoth of Barbaria is in the house
If you like splatter movies and film/ comic violence in general, this is the show for you! Great dialog, corking everything. Personally I think this is the very best cartoon show on Idiot box past the creature of Spongebob! And seeing that this is the first episode, I call up the all-time ones are yet to be made. Non that the pilot is bad or anything. I love the fact that Korgoth is a straight forward type: when he become'southward a adventure, he makes beloved to a chick, when he gets angry, he punches someone downward. You just have to dearest him. So do bank check out the series for your and the shows sake. This is a hit waiting to be seen by those who do and those who don't like information technology!

Very Demented...all the same satisfying!
Another wonderful work from the brains behind Spongebob Squarepants, although don't be fooled by who made information technology, this isn't your lilliputian kids cartoon, while this is drawn past Genndy Tartakovski (from Rugrats, and various others) it has a very big feel forth the same lines as Heavy Metal (non 2000)with the nitty gritty blitheness, metal soundtrack, and violence galore!though the pilot'south simply getting effectually now,I remember this bear witness could be some other hit for Drawing Networks Developed Swim lineup!although the title may propose that this is a Midievil based cartoon series, that's actually an incorrect argument, every bit the story really takes place years in the future,in a very bleak hereafter where it seems every bit though all the worlds cities and structures take crumbled, forcing people to "regress" to an earlier fourth dimension frame, this being why it seems and so medieval.though somethings manifestly still carry over to this time frame (ie-Bubblegum wrapped upward like Juicy Fruit gum) and some other things that i can't retrieve of at the moment, just watch it and run into for yourself.

I take no words...
... that can explain just how crawly this 'toon is. If y'all find animated violence offensive, run far, far away, as fast as you lot can. If you, similar me, find it to exist splendid in the means of sense of humor and/or stress relief, and so Korgoth is PERFECTION. The men are ugly, guttural, simplistic and roughshod. The woman are beautiful and maidenly. The battles are gruesome and fantastic, unbridled violence, gore and bloodshed in the extreme. To superlative information technology all off, it's funny equally all hell! The humor comes at you at multiple levels starting with basic depression-forehead bathroom jokes leading upwardly to amusing parodies of more subtle situations. Obviously, while a cartoon, this is intended simply for adults. Kids, turn it off and go to bed, already! Brand more episodes, for God's sake and, Cartoon Network, air them, please!

Sexual practice, Violence, and Heavy Metal
Korgoth of Barbaria is a fresh new adult swim drawing. The pilot episode shows us what nosotros are in for! This show's fight scenes are gruesome and often hilarious! Korgoth is the total bad ass barbarian that fears no ane, and drinks like a fish. Korgoth fights extremely all-out! From ripping people's faces off to slicing others completely in one-half! Bottom line, the violence is Style over the acme, but fun to sentinel! Merely call up, this is on Adult Swim for a reason! I await forward to more Korgoth!
The Last Word: Korgoth rules! A man's show with a manly hero. I will buy the season 1 DVD as shortly equally it'south available! Don't miss this! BTW, the music rules!

Wonderful New Blood-and-Guts Cartoon
For once, The Cartoon Aqueduct has done something correct for their "Adult Swim" lineup. This drawing is a lovely parody of the sword-and-sorcery movies, such equally "Conan the Barbarian." It is filled with extremely goofy and exaggerated violence and swordplay. Information technology seems like the sort of cartoon John Krikfalusi would exercise if he were to cull a parody of the barbaric genre (instead, he cull to make the witless new "Ren and Stimpy"). Then far, only 1 episode has been shown, but this new cartoon looks promising. It follows in the same footsteps as the 1981 classic adult drawing "Heavy Metallic," which had some sword and sorcery parodies in their "Den" and "Taarna" sequences, both of which besides had over-the-top comic and cartoonish violence. "Korgoth" besides features beautiful decapitations, oceans of blood, and grotesque lines of aroma emanating from the fetid barbarians. I love the gross affect the cartoonists have made, with flies buzzing around the protagonist as he urinates. Clearly, this cartoon wants you to REALLY feel the evil-smelling world of barbarians.
It should be skillful, equally the creator was the storyboarder for "Spongebob Squarepants," already a classic kiddie cartoon that besides appeals to adults. Hopefully, Cartoon Channel should choice this 1 up. If they do, exist sure to tune in and see if the quality of the cartoon remains constant.

"ABC, not my flavour" - Korgoth
Pilot episode was Astonishing.. Watch this when information technology comes out, y'all'll dearest it, and i want more. Its all about beer, sex, and killing. Manly things that men do, and even incorporates Dungeons & Dragons, i could picture this sort of thing in a Role-Playing take a chance even. All set to a Thrah/Heavy Metallic soundtrack which sounds amazing(I promise they sell it). If you thought Family Guy and Aqua Teen Hunger Force were good shows, then Korgoth will blow you away, and unlike Family guy, Korgoth'south obscenities are pretty forward and piece of cake to understand. you lot might want to take caution of your kids watching this, although my little brother loved information technology.

Hairy balls of the Gods...
So there'due south only been i episode then far and it might be the best new drawing in ages. Korgoth is a Brock Sampson meets Conan brute who only speaks in raspy 1-liners provided by Diedrich Bader who leads ultra violent adventures filled with sexy interchangeable women and ugly interchangeable henchmen. All of this is accompanied by some serious asskicking power metallic. This show dances the line between existence an homage to 80s second blitheness and a parody of information technology. I'g glad adult swim allows entertainment similar this to air. The shows creator worked on Spongebob and occasionally you tin can see information technology in the blitheness, esp the character movements and expressions. All around very funny and entertaining bear witness, I hope it sticks around.

Grusomely brilliant!
This is Heavy Metal taken on a whole new level!
Another Tartakovsky masterpiece, because the animation, under practiced direction of Aaron. And certainly something we've non by-far used to in cartoons signed by their names.
If you've liked Futurama'south humorous remarks, Heavy Metal's gore & violence, the original Conan The Barbarian medieval-manner (tho depicted on quite humorous way), Samurai Jack'southward action, all with a tint of exaggerated 'attributes' of 'maidens' like to Manga-mode, and zombie-like barbarians you can meet in Grim & Evil, you'll just beloved this in all it's blood and gore! Everything hither is exaggerated to a point of absurd, which is really what's so catchy and entertaining.
Pure barbaric entertainment! After all, aren't we all a bit of barbarians deep inside?

Super Great
If you like Heavy Metal The Picture show, Bakshi's Wizards, Conan, etc, you lot will dear this. Information technology was surprising how similar it is to those 70's/80's animation, with today'due south need to employ so much digital animation.
I understand the episode I saw is a pilot, but I think this show has a lot of potential.
Since at that place was a lot of graphic violence it is appropriately rated 'MA'. Yet, very few language and sexual situations.
In that location were a few references to modern items (chewing glue, newspaper, etc.) in the show, but they weren't enough to spoil the feel.
My vote is for more episodes!

This prove is awesome I only wanted to get that out at that place before i went over it. The show makes fun of barbarians and stuff like that, the over the elevation violence in this testify makes it absolutely hilarious. The fight scenes in this remind me of my 11th course honors English grade when me and my friends would talk almost fight scenes that would be crawly. This bear witness is very funny and i hope it does well in the future. The testify deserves to be on Adult Swim, and information technology fits in nicely, and then i think yous should go out and watch it.
OH i almost forgot, one liners in this show are killer, also as the creatures he fights. Check it out yous won't regret it

Pretty ill, yet entertaining
Warning: Spoilers
This 23-minute brusque film was written and directed past Aaron Springer, one of the driving forces behind Spongebob Squarepants, dorsum in 2006. Information technology got never picked upwards for its own show, merely has constantly risen in popularity since and so. It's a good piece of adult animation centering on a massive male fighter named Korgoth who just wants to have a drink at the pub, simply is tricked into a trap when offered a huge meal with an old acquaintance. The meal contained a stomach virus and, in order to be given the antidote, Korgoth has to go to a supposedly expressionless magician's castle and steal a gold goblin statue for his acquaintance. So he does and we become to follow him on his journey, which is packed with obscenities, graphic violence, murder and, of course, big-breasted damsels in distress wearing nearly nothing.
All in all, information technology's a pretty proficient half hour of comedy and animation. I'm not too tempted to watch it once again someday soon, but i'd definitely be willing to give a show centering on Korgoth a off-white chance. Maybe the ameliorate idea may even be a feature film. I'yard sure there'south lots of adventures that could be written for the hero. Recommended, just definitely not for children or the easily-offended.

This is information technology!!!
Korgoth of Barbaria!!! Always since having watched "The Barbarians" (1987) -an admittedly poor movie- as a kid, I have been on the seemingly never-catastrophe quest for some at least equally skilful barbarian entertainment. Just by chance I heard of an adult cartoon named "Korgoth of Barbaria" in which Genndy Tartakovsky (Whom I highly venerate since "Dexter'due south Laboratory") is involved. And now, finally, after years of searching I accept institute The ultimate barbarian!!!
Korgoth is the most entertaining action drawing e'er! It contains over-the-top violence that is tamed by the never missing hilarious humor of the series. I could hardly cease laughing when I saw the prime number episode for the showtime time. It is merely and then funny. I actually watched it four times in a row because I could just not believe that I was actually watching the drawing I've been dreaming about since I was a kid. But do not be mistaken. This is definitely non a cartoon for children. It is 1 though for grown-ups who are still in touch with their inner child. If you appreciate some good developed entertainment, you're in for one hell of ride.

A flawless recreation of Conan the Barbaric every bit a cartoon parody.
This show was incredible. My dad gave me all of his The Vicious Sword of Conan comics a few years ago that he bought in the 80s, and I was absolutely addicted to them. He gave me at least fifty. I've read them over and over, they're so amazing. The Savage Sword of Conan is the only comic series I've e'er read that didn't suck, simply rather, kicked donkey. The manly Conan isn't a colorful, tight-wearing weirdo. He'southward just a big, strong guy that never dies and does huge numbers of heroic actions. Korgoth of Barbaria is the exact representation of Conan the Barbarian in drawing grade, as a parody of sorts. The main character, Korgoth, is exactly like Conan the Barbaric. He was tricked into going on a pointless mission he had no interest in past some lowlife, and for no reason, he's accompanied past many of the lowlife's henchmen for the sole purpose of having them die a lot by doing things Korgoth says non to do. Partly through his adventure, he meets a beautiful woman who's tied up by a man-eating tree monster as allurement, even though it's a weird place to have a adult female equally bait for humans, since it'due south out in the center of a swamp. The adult female flirts with Korgoth, and Korgoth shows no interest, just a few seconds later they're having hot, rough sex behind a bush while the generic henchmen listen enviously. The lowlife sent Korgoth to a magician'south castle far away in some mountains. Korgoth wants to get in, steal what he'due south after for the lowlife and then get out without having to fight the wizard. When the sorcerer sees him, Korgoth showtime tries to make his escape, but when forced to fight the wizard, Korgoth hands defeats him in equally manly a way as possible.
It'due south the best cartoon e'er, which I mainly say considering I'k such a huge fan of Conan the Barbaric. This is a perfect representation of him, with a comical twist, but Korgoth however stays truthful to the Conan character in how he'd fight and react to situations.

Me love Korgoth
Warning: Spoilers
Korgoth of Barbaria is some crazy genius cartoon-imation. Body fluids galore! Wowee I totally dig this cosmos. When can we get more?! This evidence contains screaming filth, FCC canonical porn, rivers of blood, farting, multi-teated monsters conjured from chewing gum and giant flying pigeons. There'due south also plenty of clever word-play for the intellectual who may recollect cartoons are beneath him. Or her. I recommend Korgoth to whatever devotee of postal service-modern comics, especially if yous find parasites funny. Parents may detect Korgoth too vile for children but I assure you there's scarcely anything here that kiddies haven't seen in other cartoons and I know enough of well-rounded children who would discover Korgoth hilarious on a visceral level. Information technology'southward quite clear that the creators of Korgoth were fed a steady diet of cartoons when they were tots, because they know how to deliver a satisfying slice of well-written, well-drawn animation.

It'south Samurai Jack with a Rick and Morty twist.
Okay, I know Rick and Morty came out 7 years afterwards this one, but I nevertheless find information technology epic and awesome. This was Aaron Springer'southward well-known cosmos earlier Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer on Disney XD, which I will acknowledge, is not every bit fun to watch as this ane, only I all the same love it either way. But THIS is admittedly Aaron Springer'south best cosmos yet. Aye, he hasn't worked on Rick and Morty, but I would imagine IF he did. Heck, he even worked on Samurai Jack earlier this. Speaking of which, Genndy Tartakovsky, creator of Cartoon Network's Dexter'south Laboratory and Adult Swim's at present owned Samurai Jack, directed the animation for this. Aye, he too produced and directed Springer'southward other rejected Cartoon Network pilot: Periwinkle Around the Globe, which also is good, but this one is awesome. It's also bad that the testify was not light-green lit due to incredibly high budgets, and even so Adult Swim greenish lit Superjail!, Tim and Eric Awesome Prove: Great Job, and Xavier Renegade Angel??!! ARE THEY Nuts??!! Oh well, I withal find Korgoth of Barbaria to exist very awesome. Plus the vocalism of Hoss Delgado is in this show, which is awesome.

Impressive Pilot, They Ameliorate Make More
Alarm: Spoilers
Korgoth of Barbaria'due south pilot episode is extremely impressive. The animation is great.
The pilot episode displays a whole lot violence, if information technology's either Korgoth slicing people with the giant axe or him setting ripped upwardly people on fire. The theme song is a not bad thrash metallic slice, and the bear witness is filled with lots of violence, considering it's from a writer from that kid-friendly cartoon Spongebob.
Jam-packed with gore and an crawly plot(it's well-nigh a mail-apocalyptic globe and Korgoth is from the Due north and he must fight evil) with really good animation.
All in all, a 9.half dozen, a great cartoon, hope more episodes come. I mean, if "Superjail" got instantly picked up for a show, how come this didn't? (I've got null against "Superjail", but this needs to be picked upwardly too, Adult Swim says yous tin't handle more than one. Is that so?)

Every kid should lookout Korgath of Barbaria, especially the ones that don't have daddies. The series in one case once more brings the fantasy ages back to the fore. The pilot episode has so many remarkable lines of dialog and gruesome fighting, that one is both appalled that you lot're laughing and wondering what the next savage fight will entail. I call back it paints the barbarian hero in several broadsword like strokes: those existence Action non words, force not intelligence, food over riches, and save the busty lady for later. Like almost of Genndy's work on Samurai Jack, the story and activeness sequences are cinematic, and comprise the right music, tedious motility, and voice talent needed to hopefully give this series Equally long a life every bit the Samurai Jack serial enjoyed.

A humorous tribute to the original Conan
Korgoth is awesome. Brutal, funny and full of action. To those who accept read the Conan stories by the original author I remember y'all will see many similarities. This series depicts a barbaric as he was meant to be, no hesitation, no remorse,no annoying morals to drag him downwardly. The animation is good and seems to fit the characters and story well. The voice work is solid and professional. Every bit an avid reader of sci-fi, fantasy and comics it is refreshing to see a well written, well drawn series for adults. The geek and non-geek alike should detect something to enjoy and appreciate in this serial. Barbaric savagery in a light hearted vein. Who could inquire for more than? Let'southward promise he stays with the states for a long time.

More barbarian than Conan, The Barbaric!
The nigh vivid sickening and tearing cartoon e'er! I'm yet to run into a ameliorate one. Unfortunately information technology never went by the pilot, which is a shame for the adult drawing manufacture... We need more of these! I just wish they made a series out of this 1! Imagine the celebrity! 😂 But its creator went on and stuck with SpongeBob...

This show was awesome they should of made more!
Let me start off past saying this prove had it all claret, violence, humour, heavy metallic music, half naked chicks, it even had a skilful vocalism actors. I could go on forever. I recorded it on my DVR dorsum in January and I simply got done watching it once again. I loved this show. I seriously could watch it over and once again. When this show aired (it's one and simply episode), I thought to myself this show is going to go far, simply I kept waiting for the 2d episode and they never aired. I don't know why they never fabricated a second episode simply they should of. There is only a few shows that I like on Adult Swim like Famly Guy, American Dad, Robot Chicken and and so this evidence. Information technology's been 5 years and still no new episodes. I'm hoping someday they will make more than but I don't think that volition ever happen which is a damn shame.
